I am torn by the overindulgence of the season and the overwhelming statistics of homelessness and hunger, but like most Americans who have enough money to eat and are able to put a roof over our heads, we can put blinders on and continue the celebration without guilt. Well, sort of. Be sure to volunteer this season and help those less fortunate. (Sugar is bad for you anyway!)
